What Ingredients You Need to Make High-Protein Vegan Ramen
- Gluten-free ramen noodles
- Boon Broth by Ecco Bella
- Favorite Sauteed or Frozen Veggies
- Marinated Tofu
- Sriracha (optional)
- Cilantro or Scallions (optional)
How to Make High-Protein Vegan Ramen
- Mix 12oz of hot water with 2tbsp of Boon Broth powder in a soup bowl.
- Add in cooked and drained ramen noodles of choice.
- Next, add in as many cooked veggies as you desire.
- Finally, mix in your cooked marinated tofu.
- Top with sriracha, cilantro or scallions. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Boon Broth
- 12 ounces hot water
- 1 serving cooked, marinated tofu
- 1 cup your favorite cooked veggies
- 70 g gluten-free ramen noodles (or one serving)
- sriracha for topping (optional)
- cilantro for topping (optional)
Instructions

Mix 12oz of hot water with 2tbsp of Boon Broth powder in a soup bowl.
