Vegan Chocolate Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 scoops (about 40 g) chocolate vegan protein powder
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Next, mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Then, add in all remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

  4. Scoop mixture into even round cookie shapes on the baking sheet using a spoon. Flatten the tops with your spoon. I usually make around 6-8.

  5. Finally, place cookies in the oven for about 15-18 minutes.

  6. Once cookies are done, remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.
